Alicia Baird of Indianapolis is director of grant systems and administration at Strada Education Network, a national social impact organization devoted to research, philanthropy and solutions that align education and careers.
A recipient of 曼彻斯特’s Young 校友 Outstanding Achievement Award, Baird previously served on the Board of Trustees from 2005 to 2010.
A graduate of the 曼彻斯特 Class of 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in economics, she went on to earn a master’s degree in philanthropic studies from Indiana University (IUPUI).
Baird served on the President’s 领导 Council at 曼彻斯特 from 2013 until joining the trustees, is a founding member and past president of Indiana Blacks in Philanthropy and is on the Big Brothers Big Sisters Indianapolis Scholarship Review panel.
She is actively involved in the Indianapolis African American Quality of Life Initiative, 她创立了Benson C. 曼彻斯特Onyeji奖学金基金.

韦恩堡居民, Lake completed two master’s degrees -- one in religious studies from Howard University School of Divinity in Washington, D.C., and another in systematic theology from the University of Notre Dame. He has a doctorate in American Culture Studies from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

He joined Do it Best in 2005 as director of human resources and general counsel, was promoted to vice president of human resources in July 2006 and was named executive vice president and chief operating officer in June 2012.
